Come Exercise your confidence in this all levels, fitness based, dance class. You will learn everything from how to walk effortlessly, painlessly, and confidently; to a fun, sexy, easy to follow dance routine all done in your favorite pair of heels.
No prior dance or heel wearing experience is necessary.
3-4:00pm Flow Yoga:
Breathe, release and relax in this all levels flow yoga class. Unleash your inner strength and confidence while moving through a series of stretches. Please bring your own mat.
