I have attended Hell on Heels Fitness classes since Caitlin Elby started the program last year. I used to dance a lot in college, and now do it more socially. At first I found the classes helpful because being able to confidently walk in heels at work added to my professionalism. What do you think of when you pose for a picture? I once did a video shoot with an artist, and I thought I was in very good shape. The video came out a few months later and I was horrified. I looked like a rolly-polly. The more I studied the video the more I realized that it wasn't my body but the angle of the camera.
